IN-PERSON REGISTRATION DATES

July 17th, 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. 

Please bring the following items with you to registration: 

-Birth Certificate

-Social Security Card

-Immunization Record

-One Proof of Residency that has a custodial parent/guardian's name and address on it (current utility bill, lease agreement, property deed) 

- Copy of Parent Drivers License 

* Nap mats will be $27.  These will be available during in-person registration times at HPS.  Cash or Check only.  

* Each child will need a backpack (no wheeled styles), lunchbox, and nap mat (cloth/folding w/velcro).
