Welcome to Mrs. Sorensen’s First Class Pre-K Page

My name is Tracie Sorensen and I am in my 23rd year as a teacher at Hayden Primary. I taught kindergarten for 19 years before I made the exciting decision to move to our new First Class Pre-K as the lead teacher. I am now in my fourth year of teaching our First Class Pre-K.
I received my Bachelor’s, Master’s and Educational Specialist degrees in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
My husband, Karl and I live in Hayden with our son Lex. Lex is a senior at Oneonta High School. We have a cat named Lucille and a dog names Karen.
I enjoy music, movies and all things Disney.
I love teaching our youngest “Lil Cats” at Hayden Primary!
